D.  There is not full accord among Scientists or Theologians in consideration to the exact
moment human population reached its peak.  

There is significantly more agreement among these individuals relative to actual numbers-- it is
generally thought human population topped over XX Billion just prior to the start of a gradual
decline.  Regardless to the actual moment, there is wide agreement on the historical significance
this event represented
Most of my classmates will get this one wrong.  In fact, many perceive it to be a 'trick' question.  
Some will not respond at all thinking to be a comedic interlude intended to reduce stress
and/or break the monotony of taking a test.

Marriage was endorsed as legal with the following proclamation

In the early stages of the automobile there were a number of alternative fuels considered and
used. As a matter of fact, all fuels at the time would have been considered 'alternative'...Aside
from the 'wheel' there was no existing precedent applicable to most phases and features of this
new technology.
If to behold only the early stages of the automobile most would not predict that fossil fuels would
soon become the near-universal commodity employed to propel ever-increasing numbers.

Throughout history it seems people in general have always engaged in activities contrary to
their own self interests.  While most would acknowledge the risks of tobacco (or any other
risky-behavior) the issue seems to root in realm of 'personal liberty'.
